1st Fritwell Scout Group meets each Friday evening during term time. Beavers meet from 5 – 6 pm; Cubs from 6.15 to 7.45 pm and Scouts 8 – 9.30 pm. Beavers are for 6 – 8 year olds and it is advisable to put names down as there is generally a waiting list. Beavers then progress to Cubs and Scouts.
A varied programme of activities is run each week, including games,
work on proficiency and interest badges which can lead to the Bronze, Silver and Gold Award.

Cub Camp is normally for three nights and takes place over the
spring bank holiday; this year the older Beavers visited Cub Camp to stay over for one night – this was very successful.

The Scouts usually camp for at least a week each summer; next summer the Scouts will have an activity camp in the Gorges du Tarn in South West France.
